My experience comes from building influencer and partnership programs from the inside - across different stages, teams, and levels of maturity.

I started where most programs do: running campaigns, testing ideas, learning what resonates, and figuring things out in practice. Over time, the work shifted toward understanding why certain things worked, how to repeat them, and what breaks as programs grow.

That’s where my focus on structure comes from. Not rigid frameworks, but ways to keep learning visible - how creators are sourced, how partnerships are managed, how performance is tracked, and how insights are carried forward instead of getting lost between campaigns.

I’ve worked across both B2C and B2B contexts, which shaped how I think about experimentation, trust, and long-term impact. Structure is what allows teams to keep experimenting, refining what works, and making confident decisions as expectations and visibility increase.

  • Lead influencer marketing in a B2B SaaS environment, building on early efforts and scaling the channel into a more structured program
